It Takes A Village

On Saturday as Justin and I were sitting in the hospital, our boys were also up early, ready to party with Aunt Sarah! We were so grateful that she stayed at our house with the boys so they could stay in their routine and it was one less thing we had to think about while we waited for Baby Abigail to arrive. Not only did we know they were being taken care of, but Aunt Sarah always makes it interesting so we knew they were having a blast!

Morning snuggles!

All handsome and ready for Garons 25th Birthday Party!

The Birthday Boy!

Dirt Cake. Every Year. Yummmmm! Max made sure he was front and center for the action.

Max loves his Great Aunt Jan!

Sarah sent me this picture while we were in the hospital and said it was a gift for Jack. It really looked like a real dog to me. Justin assured me that it looked fake, and I decided no one would do that to us at this stage of our lives lol.

There is never a dull moment with Aunt Sarah.
There's always time to squeeze in a trip to the playground or to get a yummy snack!

Who knew a $14 sprinkler would inspire so much fun? Hours of entertainment!

This kid is so unique. and wonderful. : )

Thanks to the beautiful weather all weekend, Max got a lot of yard work done.

Serious projects.

"Well Aunt Sarah surely isn't going to clean the deck... so I guess that's my job now.."

After we were home from the hospital, Max and Jack got to go to the zoo, thanks to Nana, Pop-Pop and Aunt Sarah! Justin and I enjoyed a morning alone with Abigail : )

Best Friends.

 "Come on Aunt Sarah, faster!"

Just hangin out with the peacocks. No big deal.

There is always something to explore.

"Wait Friend, come back!!"

"Come on Nana, this looks fun!"

"Wheeeee! I was right!"

Pop-Pop spots Max the climber.

What would we do without family?! We are so lucky/blessed/thankful!
